Painting with Light

I just learned this "painting with light" in class...and it's sooo fun to do!! I use to think people did this with Photoshop....but it's so easy to do!! I liked this one for it shows the activities of the pups and Ilike the shadow!!

I was trying to catch the stars more.... still need to work on it...but for whatever reason...I liked this one!!

Little Java!!

I was focusing on B&W photos for my class...I had some nice ones of the pups, but as I was walking into the house, there was little Java...watching intently all the action going on. So I just snapped a quick photo and much to my surprise....I thought it turned out real nice!!! His coloring is perfect for B&W!!

Elk on Clamming Trip!!

Ater days of rain in February, I was driving the back roads to go razor clam digging. There's a most gorgeous ranch along the Satsop River and I noticed there were Elk in the fields, but they were too far away to get a good photo. But I just loved river winding with the bright green fields and sky reflecting off the water. It was such a special day!!!
